Dan Swan is a partner in Seim Johnson’s healthcare consulting division. He has worked with physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, hospital systems and other healthcare providers to address business operations, tax compliance, strategic planning, reimbursement, and regulatory issues. He also has experience working with provider compensation issues including compensation plan development and Fair Market Value analysis. He also works with other privately owned businesses related to tax, business, and strategic issues. Dan is a CPA and received his Bachelor of Science degree and Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.

Every man dies, not every man really lives.
What is your greatest fear?
Kids falling away from their faith.
Who’s someone you admire and why?
My dad. I admire his faith, his work ethic, and his ability to take time and have fun and play games and his devotion to family.
Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
I can juggle and I like to do woodworking.
What is your most memorable experience?
Traveling around Europe for two weeks while I was in college.
If you had access to a time machine where and when would you go?
It is hard to pick out just one moment but it would probably be going to hear and see Jesus in his ministry. Probably his teaching and then feeding the masses.
